Gather with other expectant families to get prepared for childbirth! We will cover the stages of labour, coping techniques, medical interventions, expected outcomes and informed consent.

Private Classes

Book childbirth education into the comfort of your own home! This is perfect for expectant families who are having a specific type of birth (example: planned Caesarean birth) or you feel most comfortable learning and planning privately!

Postpartum Workshops

Gather with other expectant families to learn and prepare for the 4th Trimester AND the postpartum season which is one year after birth. This workshop focuses on the whole family, not just how to care for a newborn.
