My Approach as a Birth Worker (Doula & Homebirth Attendant)

First as foremost, I stand strong in my conviction that all families deserve informed consent and medical freedom without coercion, shame or fear tactics.   I promise to help you and your family find all of the answers to your questions.  It can be overwhelming navigating through pregnancy, childbirth, the postpartum season and early parenting.  Finding the truth that is unbiased and non-shaming often means going within.  Your instincts, especially as a woman and a mother are most often, the right ones.  I will help teach you to ask yourself and others the right questions to form your own convictions.

My Approach as a Master Reiki Practitioner
Being a Master Reiki Practitioner is a calling in my soul that I do not take lightly.  While I am thought of and identify myself as a healer, I am not here to fix/repair you.  My friend, you are not broken.  We are spiritual beings having a human experience and part of that is our unique healing journeys.  Healing looks differently for everyone.  Healing feels different depends on what season of life you are in.  My healing in both of my postpartum seasons looked and felt vastly different that healing from divorce and domestic violence.  As your Master Reiki Practitioner, I hold space for you to navigate your journey and help you move and clear energy in your body to facilitate growth, change and healing.
